FA CUP : Pellegrini decided to lose against Chelsea

Manuel Pellegrini decided to gamble with Manchester City's hope of winning the FA Cup.He said it himself that the FA Cup was not that important;

"I think it’s not a real game, of course," said Pellegrin

"We told them one week ago that we are going to play with a young team. If the people want to continue going to the stadium or Chelsea fans will enjoy that game, I don’t know.”

Hmm,hope this risk is worth it because Man City are presently clinging for dear life in the title race and are now out of the FA Cup.
If the next two matches do not yield victories - or at least an away goal in Kiev - Pellegrini's plans will have backfired.

Meanwhile,a big congratulations to the Chelsea side on their victory against Manchester City.
According to their manager Guus Hiddink,the club has decided to treat the FA Cup with respect (as Arsene Wenger does).

He played a full first team side in this game and was rewarded greatly.
