An unlucky fan discovered how much force Messi has at his disposal at a match yesterday between Villareal and Barcelona.
Messi cut inside off the right wing toward the top of the box and unleashed an explosive left-foot effort that flew over the crossbar and kept rising until it hit a female fan.
The victim stuck up an arm to protect herself,yet the ball struck with enough force to break it.
She was really in pains and she seemed to go into a kind of shock while trying to leave her seat to get medical attention.
